Many couples search for "marriage counseling" or "relationship counseling" when what they're really looking for is a safe, structured space to work on their relationship with someone who takes faith seriously. Whether you call it counseling, coaching, or just "we need to talk to someone" — you're in the right place. What I offer is faith-based relationship coaching: practical, research-based, and grounded in Scripture. I am not a licensed clinical therapist, but I am a certified Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS facilitator and a doctoral candidate at Dallas Theological Seminary — and I bring all of that to every session.

Premarital Coaching

For engaged couples who want to walk into marriage with clarity, tools, and a shared language — not just good intentions. This isn't a checkbox. It's the most important conversation you'll have before the wedding.

Using the Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS assessments plus my own 5-session curriculum, we'll cover communication, conflict, finances, roles, sexual intimacy, family, and what it means to build a covenant marriage — not just a happy one.

Free Discovery Call

30 minutes over Zoom. We figure out where you are, what you need, and whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.

Book & Assess

Choose your package and schedule sessions. If doing premarital coaching, you'll complete the Prepare/Enrich or SYMBIS assessment before your first session.

Do the Work

Each session is 60–120 minutes of honest conversation, tools, and frameworks. Homework between sessions. You'll leave each one with something you can use immediately.

Keep Growing

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Coaching is skills-based and forward-focused — it is not clinical therapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you are experiencing active trauma, depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges, I'll help you find the right licensed therapist. Coaching and therapy can work well together.
Do I have to be Christian to work with you?
No. My framework is faith-informed and I'm happy to engage Scripture and theology when it's helpful to you — but I work with couples wherever they are spiritually. If you're open to a faith perspective, I'll bring it. If you're not, the tools still work.
What's the difference between virtual and in-person pricing?
Virtual sessions are conducted over Zoom and have a lower rate because there are no overhead costs. In-person sessions take place at a professional coworking office space in the DFW area — the higher rate reflects the cost of the office space. The coaching content is identical.
What is Prepare/Enrich and do I need it?
Prepare/Enrich is a research-backed premarital assessment that measures 20 relationship domains — communication, conflict, finances, roles, spiritual beliefs, and more. It gives you a personalized report on your strengths and growth areas as a couple. It's included in the premarital package and I strongly recommend it for any couple doing more than one session.
What is Twogether in Texas and how does it save money?
Twogether in Texas is a state program that reduces the Texas marriage license fee from approximately $72 to $9 and waives the 3-day waiting period, provided you complete at least 8 hours of premarital education with a registered facilitator. Chandler is a registered Twogether in Texas facilitator. Couples who complete the 5-session premarital package qualify automatically.
Can I do premarital coaching with you even if you're not officiating my wedding?
Absolutely. Premarital coaching is available to any engaged or seriously dating couple regardless of who is officiating. The Twogether in Texas certification is also available for couples who are not booking Covenant + Co as their officiant.
Where is the in-person office located?
In-person sessions are held at a professional coworking office space in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The exact address is confirmed at booking based on what's most convenient for you. Locations are typically accessible from Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, and surrounding areas.
